For over twenty-five years people have suggested I keep a journal of my life. I tried for a couple days and got overwhelmed. Maybe blogging is the way to go. The focus of this site will be on midwifery in Georgia. Midwifery in the United States will also be discussed occasionally.

Here I sit staring at the monitor.  I should probably be trying to catch up with work that got put aside while I was in Philadelphia last week.  I could also be working on taxes that need to be finished in 14 days.  Hmmm.. don’t really see any of that happening today.  Guess I will go find a good game to play.  Does this surprise anyone?

This is sad… so sad.  How can one person’s office get as cluttered as mine does? Even worse…. the taxes still aren’t done!

What a great time we had.  Michelle, Derrick, Ashton and Ty came over and spent last night with us.  We went exploring around the lake and then had a picnic dinner at Stone Mountain while we watched the laser show. 

And she is beautiful, weighing in at 7#10!
